If you pay for a NEET DREAMERS course or test series and it is not right for you, you can ask for your money back within 10 days of the payment. Here is exactly how it works.
10-day refund window
You can request a refund within 10 days (240 hours) of the date and time your payment was successful. Our server calculates this from the payment time on your receipt, so the date you see on your receipt is the one that counts.
How to request a refund
Log in with the account you paid from, open this Refund Policy page and choose “Request refund” next to the payment. Tell us briefly why and submit. A request sent inside the 10-day window is always considered, even if we review it after the window has ended.
What happens next
Your request moves through four clear statuses: Submitted, Under Review, then Approved or Rejected. You can see the current status on this page at any time. If a request is rejected, we tell you the reason.
How we decide
Every request is reviewed on its own merits. We do not reject a request only because you opened or used some of the content. A request may be declined if it is outside the 10-day window, if the payment is not yours, or in cases of misuse such as sharing your login or copying and distributing paid material.
How you get your money
An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used, for the amount you actually paid. Online refunds usually reach your account within 5–7 working days after we process them, depending on your bank. For cash, UPI or bank payments made to us directly, we refund the same way and share the reference. A refund is shown as completed only after the money has been sent.
Access after a refund
Once a refund is completed, access to that course or test series ends. You are always free to buy it again later.
Free enrolments
If you joined a course for free, or only with a 100% coupon, you paid nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Your rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
