Delete your account & data
You can ask us to permanently delete your NEET DREAMERS account and the data linked to it.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to Neetdreamers@gmail.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my NEET DREAMERS account” — or message us on WhatsApp at +91 91850 01288 from your registered number.
- We verify that the request is from you.
- Your account is deleted within 30 days and you get a confirmation.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, email, mobile), test attempts and scores, bookmarks, mentor chat messages and enrolment records.
What may be kept
Payment/transaction records, if any, are retained for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law, and are not used for any other purpose.
