NEET DREAMERS (“we”, “our”) provides NEET UG preparation material (previous-year questions, test series, notes, mentor chat) through our website www.neetdreamers.com and our Android app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and (optionally) mobile number, used to create and secure your account (one-time code sign-in).
• Study activity: test attempts, scores, bookmarks and progress, so you can see your results and history.
• Purchases: which courses/tests you have enrolled in. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Messages: questions you send to mentors in the in-app chat.
• Technical data: basic device/browser information needed to run the service and keep it secure.

How we use it

To sign you in, deliver tests and study material, show your results, provide mentor support, process purchases, protect paid content (time-limited links and a personal watermark) and prevent misuse. We do not show third-party ads and we do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties, except service providers needed to run the app (secure database hosting and payment processing) who act on our instructions.

Storage and security

Data is stored in a secure, access-controlled database with encryption in transit. Access to each student’s data is restricted to that student and authorised administrators.

Your choices and deletion

You can view and edit your name in the Profile section. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — see Delete your account. We delete the data within 30 days of a verified request, except records we must keep by law (for example payment records).

Children

The service is intended for NEET aspirants. If you are under 18, please use it with the guidance of a parent or guardian.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above will change when we do.
